Local deliveries can be made outside working hours and including weekends. Please call for more information.

Goods will be delivered once full payment has been made on a next day or 2-3 day service to mainland England, Wales and Scotland  (Please note a next day service is next working day, and does not include either Bank Holiday’s or Weekends). Call us direct if you need a Saturday delivery.

Before goods are sent we do need your contact details i.e. home and mobile numbers.  Cut off time for next day delivery is totally dependent on the carrier collection time. A delivery note / Sales order will accompany the products.

The courier may call between 8.00am – 6.00pm Monday to Friday, 8.00 am – 12.00 Noon Saturday.

The delivery companies are highly experienced in the handling of our materials and sometimes goods ordered on a 3 day service will arrive earlier than expected. On rare occasions your delivery may be delayed. If you have not received your delivery by the due date please call us.

If you are buying on behalf of your contractors or builders, please order the materials in plenty of time as we cannot be held responsible for costs incurred due to late deliveries which are outside our control.

All deliveries must be signed for. Please make sure you keep the receipts which will accompany your order.

Damaged goods or Non-delivery.

GRP(UK)LTD must be notified of any shortages or damages immediately upon of receipt of goods. GRP(UK)LTD will replace or credit goods damaged or lost in transit provided that any shortages or damages have been clearly noted indicating the shortage / damage on the delivery document and signed by, or on behalf of, the customer.

GRP(UK)LTD cannot accept responsibility for deliveries that have been signed for by the customer as complete and in good condition.
